End of the Season Fun Day & Awards

All volunteers will be contacted a couple weeks before the event to review and confirm time slots. By having a full roster of volunteers, we can ensure that everyone gets to enjoy the event and have a fantastic time while fulfilling their volunteering duties. Together, we will create an unforgettable experience for our club and the community.
In the spirit of community and sharing, we would be grateful if you could also consider donating any items you may have to support our Fun Day. We welcome a wide range of items that can contribute to the various activities and stalls we have planned. Some examples of donations that would be greatly appreciated include:

Prizes and giveaways (small toys, sports accessories, gift cards, etc.)

Raffle or auction items (wine, Pimm’s, chocolates, football tickets, etc.)

Boot Exchange (gently used boots that can be used by a younger player)
Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will go a long way in making this day truly memorable for our club and the community. Please note that all donations are voluntary, and there is absolutely no obligation to donate.
